      It is a way of management that a company accepts as a company's rudimentary duty even the fulfillment of ethical responsibilities imposed by social notion as well as economic and legal ones, and sets complying with business ethics actively and independently as the principle of action actively and independently.

      In a free market economy where corporations grow more in size and their activities have more impact on the society, the ethical behaviors of a corporation is fundamentally connected with the sustainability and development of the free market economy system.

      Legal responsibility :

      It is a fair rule that operates a company. It is to comply with the requirements specified by various laws such as Fair Trade Act and the Product Liability Act (PL).
